Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior UX researchers, product managers, and designers to define research objectives and study plans.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and diary studies, all conducted remotely.
- Recruit participants, schedule sessions, and manage consent processes while ensuring diversity and inclusion in study samples.
- Record, transcribe, and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights presented in reports, decks, and stakeholder workshops.
- Assist in the creation of research artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and affinity diagrams.
- Maintain research repositories and documentation to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of research methods, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of hands‑on experience conducting user research or a strong academic research background.
- Proficiency with remote research tools (e.g., Lookback, UserTesting, Zoom, Dovetail) and basic statistical analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into concise recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work remotely from a U.S. location).

Desired Skills
- Familiarity with mixed‑methods research and basic data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Excel).
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Prior experience in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional tech environment.
