Key Responsibilities
Key Responsiblities For Video Editor
- Edit, assemble, and polish short‑form and long‑form video content for Meta’s family of apps, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and platform specifications.
- Collaborate closely with producers, motion designers, copywriters, and product managers to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Manage the end‑to‑end post‑production workflow, including ingest, rough cut, color correction, sound design, graphics integration, and final export.
- Maintain organized project files and asset libraries in shared storage, enabling efficient version control and team access.
- Apply feedback from stakeholders promptly while maintaining high creative standards and meeting tight production schedules.
- Stay current on platform trends, emerging editing techniques, and new software features to continuously improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all content complies with legal, accessibility, and copyright requirements before publication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience editing video for digital platforms, preferably within a fast‑paced tech or media environment.
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and strong working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve.
- Demonstrated ability to craft narratives that resonate with diverse, global audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Experience with motion graphics, 2‑D/3‑D animation, or visual effects.
