- Plan, design, and execute end‑to‑end virtual conferences, webinars, and hybrid events for internal teams and external clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for speakers, sponsors, and attendees, managing invitations, contracts, rehearsals, and on‑day support.
- Configure and optimize Zoom Rooms, webinars, and integrated third‑party platforms (e.g., Hopin, Airmeet) to deliver seamless streaming, breakout sessions, and interactive features.
- Develop detailed event timelines, run‑of‑show scripts, and contingency plans; monitor live events and troubleshoot technical issues in real time.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including marketing, product, legal, and IT—to secure content assets, promotional materials, and compliance approvals.
- Track event metrics such as registration rates, attendance, engagement scores, and post‑event surveys; prepare comprehensive performance reports for stakeholders.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost‑effective delivery without compromising quality.
- Continuously research emerging virtual event technologies and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve attendee experience and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating virtual or hybrid conferences, webinars, or large‑scale online events.
- Proven proficiency with Zoom, Zoom Events, and other virtual event platforms; strong technical aptitude for audio‑visual and streaming tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and priorities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.

Desired Skills
- Experience with event marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Tableau for event reporting.
- Familiarity with graphic design basics (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) for creating promotional assets.
- Certifications in event management (e.g., CMP, CEV) or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $70,000 to $95,000, dependent on experience and location (San Jose, CA metropolitan area).
