Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑impact visual assets (images, short videos, GIFs, motion graphics) for Meta’s owned social channels, ensuring brand consistency and platform‑specific best practices.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and community teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual narratives that drive user interaction and growth.
- Manage the end‑to‑end production workflow, including storyboarding, asset creation, editing, and final delivery, while meeting tight timelines.
- Optimize visual content for each platform’s technical specifications and algorithmic preferences, leveraging data insights to iterate and improve performance.
- Maintain a well‑organized digital asset library and uphold brand guidelines, providing support and training to cross‑functional partners on visual standards.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, social media features, and creative tools, proactively recommending innovative approaches to keep Meta’s content fresh and engaging.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience creating visual content for social media at scale, preferably within a tech or consumer‑facing brand.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with motion‑design tools such as After Effects or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of static and animated assets that have driven measurable engagement.
- Excellent visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Skills
- Experience with 3D design or AR/VR content creation.
- Knowledge of Meta’s ad products and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Insights).
- Proficiency in video editing for short‑form formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $90,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
